Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

What is the return/exchange policy of

Here, at, we value your every purchase and the feelings behind it. Therefore, in any case whether your product(s) is/are damaged, defective or you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can conveniently return it to us or can exchange with us. gives you the option to exchange or return the product (except electronic & electronic accessories) bought from our online shopping portal within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any request for the return or exchange of the product(s) after 14 days of receipt, will not be entertained.

All the items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all the original tags and the packagings.

How do I place a request on for return/exchange?

If you want/wish to return or exchange the product(s) bought from shopping website, you can simply let us know via email at and your Personal Manager will get back to you for the same. Once the return/exchange request is made, we will take care of the rest and make sure it is processed as soon as possible.

If the product is not satisfactory, wrong or damaged, can I return or exchange?

Here, at we do Quality Check for every product before it reaches your hands. And yes, you can go for the return or exchange of the product(s), but within 14 days of receipt of the order and the product(s) shouldn't have been tampered.

The exchange can only be entertained in following cases:-

  2. Any wrong item(s) have been delivered to you.

  5. Product(s) without the tags, labels, serial numbers or the important packaging's.

Do I need to send the product or will it be collected from my home/office address?

We always take care and are always happy to help our customers. If any request has been made for the return or exchange of the product(s) then you don't have to send the product(s). We will make all the necessary arrangements to pick it up from your home/office address. But please make sure that the item(s) has been unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and price labels.

Do I have to pay any charges for the return or exchange?

No, you don't need to pay any charges on the returns or exchange of your product(s). The returns and exchanges are always free at Please make sure that the product(s) to be returned/exchanged are in original condition and in any rare event if the item(s) to be returned/exchanged does not fulfill our return/exchange norms, then we will not be able to process further.

In case I got wrong refund for my product, what should I do?

What will be the mode through which I will get my refund?

Refunds on are based on your mode of payment for the product(s) purchased. If Credit card / Debit card / Internet banking has been used as the mode of payment, then the refund will be credited back to you in your respective account. In case of Cash on Delivery mode, we will refund your amount through the NEFT process to your respective account provided at the time of placing the order or purchasing the product.
